DORIAN TOOL
The tool post body is made from chromiummolybdenum alloy steel, thru hardened, surface treated & xylan coated for protection and durability in machining environments. The core thru hardness is 40-44 Rc and the
surface is Ion-Nitrided to a hardness of 60-64 Rc for excellent wear resistance. Blank T-Nut included (must machine to own specifications).

- Industry standard interchangeable toolholders.
- Positive lock with absolutely zero backlash.
- High tensile strength chromium-molybdenum alloy steel body, locking cam, and gibs.

- CNC precision ground and qualified for accuracy and super precise repeatability.
- Precise Repeatability within .00005".
- 24 Positions every 15°.
- Anti-rotation pins standard for heavy drilling and boring.
