All Work Holding…All The Time

Every machinist knows that if you can't hold the part, you can't machine it. KBC Tools & Machinery offers a full line of workholding products for machining and assembling, including: angle plates, boring heads, collect chucks & collets, dividing heads & arbors, drill chucks & arbors, drill sleeves, flycutters, knurling tools, knurls, lathe chucks, live centers, dead centers, magnetic holding tools, milling machine adapters & arbors, rotary tables, slide tables, tool holder bushings, tools posts & holders, V-flange and BT tooling, vises, and more.

KBC lets you hold on tight with its full line of workholding products from KBC Brand product, name brand suppliers, and world class manufacturers, such as: Wilton, Jacobs, LFA, Suburban, Kurt, Pratt Burnerd America, Aloris, Atlas, Skoda, Palmgren, Riten, Dorian Tool, Techniks, Magnetool, Briney, Collis, Bison, Royal Products, Rohm, and more.

Here are 3 reminders of the obvious so you can hold your work and get machining:

1. Mount it. When you buy a Kurt vise or another machining vise, don't forget KBC's Te-Co vise mounting kit of studs, t-nuts, flange nuts, washers, and t-slot cleaner – it will get you positioning your vise on your milling machine and ready for machining in minutes.

2. Add speed to your holding operations. Add a quick turn speed handle to your machine vises to speed up opening and closing of your vise allowing for rapid part loading and unloading. Small thing, big difference.

3. Upgrade your conventional lathe. Tired of changing your tooling? Change your tool post to a quick-change tool post by KBC, Aloris, and Dorian Tool to allow up to 4 operations without having to stop to retool.

If you have a workholding suggestion to improve the speed of your set up and machining, email us at sales@kbctools.com.
