The Niagara Stabilizer™ has the ability to take deeper cuts at faster speed and feed rates. This calculates to dramatically higher metal removal rates and productivity. In addition, tool life is extended due to the reduction of chatter and damaging tool vibration.

Microshield™ AlTiN – Aluminum Titanium Nitride: Increased thermal stability when milling high temp alloys and die/mold steels with a hardness of 52 HRc and above. Excellent for HSM applications. HSS and HSCO end mills cannot be coated with AlTiN.
