Kingpinless casters, designed for unsurpassed durability and use in abusive and demanding shock load applications that may cause traditional kingpin casters to fail.

FEATURES:

• 3/4" axle bolt and locknut.
• Zerk grease fittings in raceway and wheel axle.
• Zinc plated finish is attractive and corrosion resistant.
• Hot forged Kingpinless raceways; one-piece integrally forged top plate and inner raceway design.

ROLLER WHEEL BEARINGS:

• Standard bearing for general duty applications; cost effective, best bearing for abusive and shock load applications.
• Not recommended for applications where side thrust is present or on casters used in constant circular turns.
• Requires periodical lubrication.

PHENOLIC WHEELS:

• Phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas; creates a high capacity, high impact resistant wheel that has many years of proven reliability in the industry.
• Hard tread rolls easily, provides good concrete floor protection and is quieter than steel wheels.
• Resistant to oil, grease and solvents, non-metallic, and non-sparking.
• Durometer: 90 Shore D (±5).
• Temperature range: -50°F to 250°F.
