• CGW flap discs are engineered for full use of the coated abrasive material. Layering the abrasive cloth flaps allows the discs to wear evenly which constantly exposes new sharp grain.

• Self-sharpening high performance ceramic grain with a grinding aid for fast, aggressive cutting action.
• Ceramic flap discs are designed to last longer than zirconia flap discs.
• Polyester backing material for extra long life.
• Ceramic grain provides Contaminant-Free results; stainless steel will not rust.
• Hybrid Compact design (4-1/2” and 5”) – Flaps are compressed and compacted at a 4° for edge strength.
• For steel and stainless and other heat sensitive materials.

HYBRID/COMPACT – For working a rough edge work. Flaps are compressed at a 4 degree angle for flap edge strength. Best used at 5°-20° angle.
